Galatians 3:10 – The Curse of the Law and How Christ Removed It | KJV
“For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.”
— Galatians 3:10 KJVThe Law demands perfection — all things. Not most things. Not sincere effort. All things. Anyone seeking justification through law-keeping is under a curse — because James 2:10 confirms: offend in one point and you are guilty of all.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law — Galatians 3:13 — by becoming a curse for us. He absorbed every demand of the Law at the cross. For those in Christ, Romans 8:1 declares: there is now no condemnation. The curse is fully, finally lifted.
The curse of the Law was borne by Christ so you would never bear it. Walk in freedom today. And if you meet someone crushed under religious guilt, tell them: the curse has been lifted. Christ bore it. Believe it.
