Post #317: Be Not Weary in Well Doing | KJV Right Division (Week 12)
Post 317 · Day 78-1: Galatians 6:9 – Be Not Weary in Well Doing
Who This Is For: Grace-age believers in the Body of Christ who desire to finish strong, endure faithfully, and hear "Well done" at the Judgment Seat of Christ.
“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 KJV
The grace-age promise of harvest: sow well, persevere, and you will reap — in due season. The weariness is real; the temptation to quit is genuine. But the harvest is as certain as the sowing. The condition is only 'if we faint not' — continue without quitting.
Right Division: Right Division: 'Due season' points to dispensational timing — the harvest comes in God's time, not immediately. Grace-age sowing operates on faith, not sight. We do not see the harvest in this life always. The Judgment Seat of Christ is the great due season where all faithful sowing is evaluated and rewarded. Plant today with confidence in a future harvest that is certain even when it is invisible.
Application: Name something in your life where you feel most tempted to give up — in prayer, in ministry, in a relationship, in consistent Bible study. Now receive Galatians 6:9 as a direct word to you: do not grow weary in this. In due season — God's season — you will reap. Faint not today.
Prayer: Lord, let us not be weary in well doing. Strengthen us by Your Spirit in the inner man. Let us run with patience the race set before us, keeping our eyes on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. Help us to finish strong — not by our strength but by Yours. In Christ's name. Amen.
