Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

화평의 매는 띠로 성령이 하나 되게 하신 것을 힘써 지키라. 너희가 너희의 부르심의 한 소망 안에서 부르심을 받은 것 같이 한 몸과 한 성령이 있고 한 주와 한 믿음과 한 침례가 있으며 한 하나님 곧 모든 것의 아버지께서 계시나니 그분은 모든 것 위에 계시고 모든 것을 통해 계시며 너희 모두 안에 계시느니라.

Paul does not tell believers to create unity. He tells them to keep the unity of the Spirit. God has already made one Body.

✂ Right Division

This is direct doctrine for the Body of Christ. One body, one Spirit, one hope, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father. Our unity is doctrinal, spiritual, and positional in Christ.

✦ Application

Keep what the Spirit has made. Peace is not weakness. It is the bond that protects the unity God has already given.
